We created this site for the release of LittleBigPlanet – a PS3 game from MediaMolecule. The site allows users to create their own 3D sackboy avatar, they can then share their avatar and save it to the gallery. I worked with another Flash developer on the build. I used Papervision3D to create the avatar creator section of the site and we used PureMVC for the site architecture, communication with the back-end was taken care of by AMFPHP.

This project was great fun to work on, we got to try out a whole load of new frameworks and the subject matter is brilliant. I also used the same tech to produce a webcam controlled version of sackboy which you can check out here
